- Our Products are manufactured and distributed from the UK, the Netherlands, the USA or Australia depending on where you are located. This reduces our Carbon Footprint significantly and also means you will receive your items that much sooner!
- Our artwork is printed on Enhanced Matt Art Paper, this is a premium quality heavyweight (200gsm) fine art print material with a smooth, clean finish. This museum-quality paper is extremely consistent and works perfectly with large, full-colour graphics or illustrations. The matte finish emphasises different highlights and tones in the source artworks; helping to create stunning works of art.
- Our artwork is available both framed and unframed. Frame choices are black, white and in a natural wood finish.
- Our framed prints combine the finest quality materials with the highest levels of craftsmanship. All our frames are handmade by Guild recognised framers.
- Frames are created from high-quality wood, milled with simple clean lines and presented with a satin finish.
Our Art Prints are supplied in the following standard paper sizes:

- A1 594 x 841mm
- A5 and A4 prints are supplied in a robust cardboard envelope. Our larger prints are carefully packaged in tissue paper and supplied in cardboard postal tubes for secure protection.
- Framed artwork is shipped in regular double-walled boxes with extra protection.
- All Items are usually dispatched within 5 working days, you should receive your order within 10 working days if ordering within the UK. We send all items by Royal Mail.
- We aim to fulfil international orders in as similar a time frame to domestic as possible, but please be aware your order could take longer due to the current Covid-19 climate. If you haven't received your order after 14 days please get in touch and we'll be happy to assist you.
- International orders may be subject to customs duty.
- If you purchased a crystal, or a tracked delivery option, you will receive an email from Royal Mail with your tracking code.
- If you order multiple items they may arrive separately.
- We offer a 14 day return policy from the date that you receive your order, provided that the goods are returned in a saleable condition. Please notify us within 14 days if you wish to return your order and we'll be happy to assist you.
- Unfortunately we cannot compensate the cost of return shipping, the buyer is responsible for this. We recommend that original packaging is used where possible and returns are sent by recorded delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility should your items go missing.
