Returns
We do our very best to provide quality products you will love in your home. We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your merchandise and we will be happy to find a solution.
We will replace, mend or return for a full refund.
Please return all items in new condition, opened or damaged, within 14 days of notifying us, with a recommended tracking number.
Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping and handling fees, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Our customers are very important to us and we want you to be completely satisfied.
Please also note that, although every effort is made to photograph our items accurately and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee every computer monitor will accurately depict the actual colour of the merchandise.
If you are interested in exchanging your items please contact us within 14 days and we will be happy to help you with the process.
Please return unopened as new merchandise within 14 days after notifying us with a recommended tracking number.
You will be given a full refund in the amount you paid for your merchandise, however the customer remains responsible for shipping costs which we unfortunately cannot refund.
Cancellations
If you decide you want to cancel your order completely, please notify us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will refund you in full within the next 5-10 working days.
If your item has already been dispatched we will advise you on how you can return your item once it has arrived.
